Privacy & control

Support you choose. Privacy you control.

You should know what information a feature needs, who could see it and how to change your choice. These principles guide the Rymaris360 products now in development. The signup privacy page explains the information this pre-launch website already collects.

Clear permission, separate choices

Each permission should explain what information is involved, why it is needed and who may receive it. Our design separates protection, trusted-person sharing, human help and marketing preferences so one choice does not stand in for another.

Paying is separate from access

A family member may want to pay for protection. Payment does not authorize them to read private messages or view private activity. Optional sharing requires the protected person’s clear, voluntary choice.

Your choice can change

Changing your mind is part of staying in control. The design includes changing who helps you and stopping optional sharing. Trusted-person sharing is planned for a later phase; these product controls are not available yet. The exact withdrawal process and treatment of previously shared or stored information depend on the final feature.

Asking for help should not turn your experience into someone else’s story. Human help, evidence sharing and any use of an incident in research or marketing require a clear purpose and separate permission.
