What this signup records.

Rymaris Group, LLC operates Rymaris360 at rymaris360.com and www.rymaris360.com. This policy covers this pre-launch website, early-access registration and messages you send us. Last updated October 21, 2026.

Information saved for early access

The signup form stores your email address, optional first name, selected audience, signup time, consent choices and any first-50 offer reservation in the signup database. We also record the signup source, consent wording version and any later confirmation, unsubscribe or launch-notification time. This information is used to manage early access, contact choices and offer eligibility.

We also keep welcome-email and owner-notification delivery status, attempt times and limited failure codes so delivery can be retried without losing your registration. When you confirm, a notification containing your signup details goes to our operator to manage beta testing.

If you email support@rymaris360.com, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your question or request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other people’s private communications.

Separate contact and product choices

Joining early access requires permission to contact you about testing, release and this offer. Permission for other marketing emails is optional and separate. Signup does not connect an email account, activate protection, enroll a family member or grant access to private messages.

Technical information and website security

Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested page when it connects to the website. We use connection information to serve pages, limit automated submissions and investigate faults or abuse. Hosting services may keep request and security logs. Our application’s request metrics use route, response status and timing rather than signup names or email addresses.

Returning to the signup form

Signing up with the same email address again keeps the original details and contact choices. It does not create another offer place or update your preferences.

Cookies used for signup

Signup uses a security cookie to protect the form and a temporary cookie to display confirmation after a signup is saved. The confirmation cookie does not contain your submitted name or email address. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent signup from working.

Optional website analytics

How Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services

Google Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google receives information about public page visits, browser and device information, a pseudonymous cookie identifier and successful new early-access signups. Your IP address is necessarily processed when your browser connects to Google. We do not send signup names, email addresses, form contents or confirmation and unsubscribe tokens to Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.

We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses supplied to Analytics. After you allow analytics, we may separately recognize our fixed social-campaign labels to understand which launch posts bring visits and signups. We retain those labels within your browser tab for that session; arbitrary campaign text is not forwarded. Confirmation, unsubscribe, account and member pages do not load the analytics integration. We store your analytics choice in your browser; use Analytics choices in the footer to change it. Declining stops analytics from loading, and withdrawing permission removes this site's Google Analytics cookies and stored campaign labels. Analytics cookies are configured for a 60-day lifetime. You can still use signup when you decline analytics.

Spam protection

The signup page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, to provide and improve its bot protection. Our server sends the resulting verification token to Cloudflare before saving a signup; it does not send your signup name or email address to Turnstile. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice explains its processing.

Service providers and disclosure

Microsoft Azure provides hosting for the public website. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile security check. These services process information needed to provide their functions. Information may be processed in locations where the relevant provider operates; this policy does not promise storage in a particular country.

Our configured email provider handles recipient addresses and message contents to deliver welcome messages, confirmation links and requested updates, and to handle your support replies. Delivery and spam filtering are also subject to that provider’s processing.

We do not sell signup information, share it for targeted advertising or install advertising trackers on this website. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Signing up does not make your details public or give a family member access to them.

Withdrawing contact permission

You can ask us to stop early-access, launch and marketing contact by emailing support@rymaris360.com from the address you registered. Rymaris360 update emails will include a protected unsubscribe link. Opening that link shows a confirmation page; confirming it stops those emails for that signup. Unsubscribing does not cancel an offer reservation or delete the historical signup record. Repeating the signup form cannot undo an unsubscribe.

New signups queue a welcome message explaining what’s coming, with an email-confirmation link. Delivery depends on the email service being configured and available. A message already handed to the provider may still arrive after you unsubscribe. You can also make a privacy or contact request using the support address.

Retention and deletion

Signup records currently have no automatic expiration. We retain them to manage early-access interest, contact choices, consent history and offer reservations. Unsubscribing changes contact permission and leaves the historical record in place; it is different from asking for deletion.

You can request deletion by email. Requests are reviewed manually, including whether a limited record is needed to honor a do-not-contact request, document consent, administer an outstanding offer or meet a legal obligation. We will explain any information that must be retained and why. This policy does not promise immediate removal from every backup or security log.

Your privacy requests

Email support@rymaris360.com to ask what signup information we hold, request a correction or copy, withdraw contact permission, or request deletion. Tell us which request you are making and use your registered email address where possible. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the record belongs to you; do not send a password or identity document unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed.

Privacy rights and response requirements depend on where you live and the laws that apply. We will handle requests under those requirements and explain any limits or verification needed. There is no self-service deletion tool on this website.

Homepage video preference

The homepage uses browser session storage to remember that its introduction video has been shown in the current tab. Returning to the homepage does not open it again during that session. You can choose Watch video to replay it. This preference does not contain your name or email address.

Products still in development

This signup does not collect mailbox contents, call recordings, contact lists, backup files or payment-card details. It does not submit your private communications for AI analysis. The Outlook add-in, EmailShield, PhoneShield and BackupShield are separate products in development.

Before a product asks for access to messages, device information, backup files or optional sharing, we will explain the relevant collection, processing, service providers, retention and controls. Paying for someone else’s protection does not grant permission to read their communications; optional sharing requires that person’s separate choice.

Operator and privacy contact

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its revision date when our website practices change. New product access and materially different uses of information will be explained before they begin, with any additional permission required for that use.
